Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of furnituresupplier.ae (the “Site”) and every quotation and order for office furniture and related services provided by FurnitureSupplier.ae (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

Where a signed quotation or supply contract sets out different terms for a specific order, that document takes precedence for that order.

• Prices shown on the Site are indicative “from” prices in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are not a binding offer. The binding price is the written quotation our team sends you.
• Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is added at the prevailing UAE rate (currently 5%).
• Delivery and installation charges, where applicable, are set out in the quotation.

An order is confirmed when you accept our quotation in writing (including by WhatsApp or email) and, where requested, pay the agreed deposit or advance. Payment terms are stated on the quotation or invoice.

We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, a price was materially mis-stated, or payment is not received — in which case any amount already paid for the cancelled items is refunded.

• We deliver across Dubai and the wider UAE. Delivery timeframes given are good-faith estimates and start from order confirmation and payment.
• Please make sure the delivery address is accessible and someone is authorised to receive the goods. Failed deliveries caused by wrong details or no access may incur a re-delivery charge.
• Where installation is included, our team assembles and positions the furniture. Site conditions (power, access, permits required by a building or free zone) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when payment is received in full.

Please inspect your order on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery note, then contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, subject to our Return & Refund Policy — including its condition requirements, restocking fee and non-returnable items (for example custom or made-to-order furniture).

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch, except custom and made-to-order items already in production, which are non-cancellable once production has started.

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty stated on the product page or quotation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal office use; it does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, alterations, or damage caused after delivery. Your statutory rights under UAE consumer law are unaffected.

We work to keep the catalog accurate, but colours can render differently on screens, minor specifications can change with manufacturer updates, and stock levels move. Product images may show optional accessories. If something in your order is materially different from what was quoted, contact us and we will put it right.

• The Site, its content, images and branding belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
• You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping at scale, or submitting false quote requests.
• Links to third-party sites (for example WhatsApp or Google Maps) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or business interruption), and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Personal information you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
