FurnitureSupplier.ae (“we”, “us”, “our”) supplies office furniture across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and WhatsApp quote service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using furnituresupplier.ae or sending us a quote request, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal information through the site.

We collect information you provide directly and limited technical information collected automatically:

• Quote & contact details — name, company, email address, phone number, delivery address and any message you include when you request a quote or contact us.
• Order information — the products, quantities and preferences in your quote list.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and how you interact with the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & analytics below).

We do not knowingly collect payment card details through this website — quotations and payment are arranged directly with our team.

• To prepare and send the quotation you requested, by WhatsApp, email or phone
• To arrange delivery and installation of your order
• To respond to questions sent through the contact form
• To improve our website, catalog and service using aggregated analytics
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations in the UAE

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party marketing lists.

Our quote flow uses WhatsApp. When you choose “Send Quote via WhatsApp”, your message is delivered through WhatsApp and is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Quote requests you submit on the site are also stored securely in our order system so our team can follow up.

We contact you only about your enquiry, quotation or order. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand how it is used:

• Essential storage — your quote list is saved in your browser’s local storage so it survives page reloads. It stays on your device until you clear it.
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage statistics (pages visited, device type, region) that help us improve the site.
• Google Ads — conversion measurement for our advertising.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session analytics (scrolling, clicks) that show us where the site is confusing or broken.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the catalog and quote flow keep working without analytics cookies. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites you can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

We share personal information only where it is needed to run our business:

• Delivery & installation — your name, phone number and address are shared with our delivery team and, where relevant, a courier, so your order can reach you.
• Service providers — our website and order system run on trusted hosting and database providers (currently Vercel and Supabase); analytics are provided by Google and Microsoft. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information where required by UAE law or a competent authority.

Quote requests and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics providers, typically 2–26 months.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
• Delete your information, where we have no legal obligation to keep it
• Stop contacting you about your enquiry

The site is served over HTTPS, quote data is stored in an access-controlled database, and access to customer information is limited to the team members who need it to prepare your quotation and delivery. Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
